By using the website diamondbarconcreteandmasonry.com or by requesting, scheduling, or receiving services from Diamond Bar Concrete & Masonry ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
These terms apply to all visitors and customers. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Diamond Bar Concrete & Masonry provides masonry and concrete contracting services to residential and commercial property owners in Diamond Bar, CA and surrounding areas. Services include but are not limited to foundation repair, chimney repair, tuckpointing, brick and stone work, retaining wall construction, driveway pavers, fireplace installation, and related trades.
All services are subject to a written scope of work and estimate agreed upon by both parties before work begins. We reserve the right to decline any project.
Estimates provided by Diamond Bar Concrete & Masonry are based on a visual assessment of the project site and information provided by the customer. Estimates are not final bids until presented in writing and signed by both parties.
Unforeseen conditions discovered during work - such as hidden structural damage, utility conflicts, or site access issues - may require a change order that adjusts the project price. We will notify you before proceeding with any work that changes the original scope or cost.
Verbal pricing discussions or informal messages are not binding. Only written, signed estimates or contracts constitute a pricing agreement.
Scheduled appointments are subject to availability. We make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon timelines but cannot guarantee start or completion dates where circumstances outside our control - including weather, permit delays, or supply availability - affect the schedule.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us as early as possible. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a fee to cover mobilization costs where applicable. Specific cancellation terms will be stated in your written contract.
Payment terms are stated in the written contract or estimate provided before work begins. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit may be required prior to scheduling, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.
Accepted payment methods will be specified in your written agreement. Overdue balances may be subject to a finance charge as permitted under California law. Diamond Bar Concrete & Masonry reserves the right to stop work on any project where payment terms have not been met.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the property and the scope of the problem. You agree to provide reasonable access to all work areas and to clear any belongings, vehicles, or obstructions that could prevent our crew from working safely.
If access is not available on the agreed work date through no fault of our company, we reserve the right to reschedule and to charge a trip fee where applicable.
Where a building permit is required by the City of Diamond Bar or California law, Diamond Bar Concrete & Masonry will obtain the permit as part of the project. The cost of required permits is the responsibility of the customer and will be identified in the written estimate.
We will not proceed with permitted work until approvals are in place. Any delays caused by permit processing timelines are outside our control and do not constitute a breach of our agreement.
Diamond Bar Concrete & Masonry stands behind the quality of our work. Where a warranty is offered, the specific terms - duration, scope, and any exclusions - will be stated in your written contract.
Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by events outside normal conditions, including but not limited to earthquake damage, flooding, soil movement beyond normal seasonal variation, or modifications made to the work by parties other than Diamond Bar Concrete & Masonry.
To the extent permitted by California law, all implied warranties not expressly stated in your written contract are disclaimed.
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Diamond Bar Concrete & Masonry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the performance of services - including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, or damage to personal property not directly caused by our negligence.
Our total liability to any customer for any claim arising from a service project shall not exceed the amount paid by that customer for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to transmit any material that is false, defamatory, harmful, or that infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who misuses our website or contact forms.

If a dispute arises between you and Diamond Bar Concrete & Masonry related to our services, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith discussion. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the parties agree to submit the matter to non-binding mediation before pursuing any formal legal action.
Any legal proceedings that cannot be resolved through mediation shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these terms periodically. Changes apply to all use of our website and services after the updated date.
